A. Blasetti - Producer for Gianni Morandi

"With sophisticated and elegant phrasing, Miriam's music and singing are a blend of Latin American styles, expressed through the language of Bossa Nova, Jazz, and Italian songwriters."

K.Leitner - Deutsche Schallplattenkritik

"The Apulia-born Berlin-based singer performs Samba and Bossa Nova, classic Italian songs, and jazz standards with a Latin flair, evoking on first glance images of sun, beaches, and warm southern nights. Influences like Milton Nascimento, Joao Donato, and Joao Bosco inspire her, with their lyrics translated into Italian. Miriam Netti, however, doesn’t overshadow her band with her singing; rather, she immerses herself in it. Her voice becomes part of the group, embraced as a fourth instrument. These songs would certainly fit the backdrop of an evening in southern Italy, out on a terrace as the crowd gradually thins. But they also serve as a subtle soundtrack to the twilight hour further north."

A. Gaudino - Beat Magazine Italy

"Some people on this earth greet life with a smile every morning. They are the chosen ones. They have everything. They are beautiful, inspired, and, like Miriam, need only their voice to spread their artistic serenity, as wise people do. Miriam Netti is among the blessed who share their happiness with us, and every song, every note she sings, or almost sings, is an unexpected gift. One will always want to keep hearing her unique and special voice, so that it becomes the soundtrack of our present, and, I'm sure, also of our future."
